Not only did they make sure that the entire effected area was cleaned up and completely restored, they hauled away everything that needed to be torn out, they took pictures of that I could submit to insurance, and came back after the restoration just to check and make sure that everything was fully dried and ready for new flooring. They had all the professional equipment needed to remediate in the kitchen as well as below the floor from the basement. After their work was complete, they provided contractor recommendations for getting the kitchen back in order. When things got difficult with the insurance company, a Dry Out representative e-mailed my insurance adjuster directly to answer his questions. When you’re in a time of crisis because you have standing water in your basement, it is such a relief to have professionals like Cody show up and take care of everything. He walked us through each step, told us what to expect with dealing with insurance adjusters, communicated regularly, and even loved on our dog who was clearly feeling the anxiety these types of situations bring. We went from 2” of water in our basement on Thursday to a completely dry basement on Monday. He helped with things outside of his purview like recommending hotel stay length, talking about what’s next with plumbers and the repair process and chatted with our daughters who had a million questions.
